For those who haven't heard of the Provisorium yet – it’s Zurich’s food hub for sustainable food culture, as well as a co-working space and production site for innovative and sustainable projects in gastronomy and food production. Gina and Daniele provide catering services. They cook and design culinary events, develop recipes, and create inspiring experiences that leave people in good spirits, with full bellies and empty glasses. Both share a passion for natural cuisine, using many original ingredients and drawing inspiration from what the season, forests, and meadows have to offer.

Kitchen Rebels offers fresh, uncomplicated cuisine inspired by global influences. With seasonal vegetables, regional meat and creative recipes, they make every event unique. Cooking together as a team, company or with friends? They organize special cooking events, such as kitchen parties.

Micha is an enthusiastic chef who has already demonstrated his skills in exciting kitchens such as Silex, KIN, Spitz, Soy Thai and Pavillon Baur au Lac. With creative pop-ups and kitchen dinners, he always provides culinary surprises - also in his kitchen in the Provisorium. Whether for special occasions or simply in between, Micha always conjures up an unforgettable culinary experience.

Ässbar offers foodsave catering under the motto fresh from yesterday. In this way, they work together to combat food waste and serve salvaged, delicious baked goods and desserts from bakeries and patisseries.

Café Noir's roastery is located directly below our kitchen. They offer tours and workshops that are perfectly tailored to the needs of the participants - ideal as a team event or staff outing. Visitors learn exciting facts about coffee roasting, the green coffee trade and the basics of coffee preparation.

Laflor stands for responsible chocolate consumption. The Zurich-based manufacturer focuses on sustainability and quality. Whether you are a chocolate beginner or a cocoa expert - everyone is welcome to discover the cocoa craft. Visit the manufactory or take part in the bean-to-bar course.
