In and around the city of Zurich, there are plenty of exciting women who initiate and lead gastro projects and take them out into the world. Whether it's the two former fellow students who have already opened the second exciting pop-up, the career changer who was first a hairdresser and then took over a winery - or then an activist who accompanies social projects in conflict regions around the world from Zurich.
Some of them are better known in the public eye, others work more quietly in the background: this month we would like to introduce you to a few particularly exciting women who inspire us with their food projects and start-ups.
