The days when we had to toast with mineral water or completely over-sweetened lemonades are thankfully over.
But not only Mindful Drinking and mocktails are in vogue, vermouth, gin, seltzer and cocktails are also experiencing an upswing. The alcohol has to be produced as high quality as possible - preferably nearby.
