Kulinarisches Angebot im FOOD ZURICH Festivalzentrum

During our anniversary edition, Europaallee will once again be transformed into a paradise for all foodies. The festival center is located right behind the main train station on over 900 m2 and offers everything your heart and stomach could desire. The festival center offers food from exquisite Zurich restaurateurs, tasty drinks and excellent wines from the bar. Here you can linger, discover new things and enjoy yourself. Visitors exchange ideas with new thinkers, chefs talk shop with the next generation, people chop and slice, sizzle and roast. The taps are running hot, there are talks, tastings and kitchen jam sessions.

The anniversary edition will take place from June 12 to 22, 2025. Save the date - and let yourself be surprised.

At the bar in the festival center, you'll find a diverse selection of drinks that are also inspired by the culinary future.

In addition to the events in and around Zurich, there is also plenty going on at the festival center in Europaallee! Additionally, in the 'Chuchi', there's plenty to learn: workshops, cooking classes, and tastings enrich the festival program.

The festival's motto, "Culinary Future," should be experienced where guests feel it the most: in their stomachs and in their hearts.

Sustainability isn't just a focus in the context of food. Circularity is also embraced at the festival center. At FOOD ZURICH this year, organic waste is collected on behalf of the Swiss gas industry and processed into local biogas by Biogas Zürich AG. The biogas is then fed into the local gas grid and stored.
