Discover the variety of wild herbs and create delicious ravioli.
Almost forgotten, wild herbs are experiencing a renaissance in the kitchen. In our workshop, you will immerse yourself in the world of wild flavours and learn to recognize and collect edible herbs in nature.
We go in search of wild herbs in areas close to the city. With a trained eye and keen senses, we discover the diversity of nature and learn to identify the herbs of the season. Once we've collected enough, we'll get down to the preparation. We will show you how to easily make fresh pasta dough. You will learn to pay attention to certain properties and trust them when cooking. Because flour and eggs are not the same!
Afterwards, we will make a delicious pasta filling from wild herbs and create fresh ravioli. We will cook and enjoy the homemade pasta with a selection of natural wines in a convivial atmosphere. The focus of this event is not on perfection, but on trusting your own senses and enjoying learning, cooking and eating together.
