We invite you to join us as we take over from our friends at “Zur Goldige Guttere” for one night only and introduce you to an ancient plant-based cuisine, with an extremely rich history that goes back to way before being vegan was even a thing. Cyprus, as a predominantly Greek Orthodox island, has embraced plant based eating as part of its religious fasting practices for centuries.
Whether you're a devoted vegan, a culture enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates good food, we are thrilled to take you on a journey through the realm of traditional vegan recipes. Along the way, expect to encounter some great stories and, of course, the perfect wines to accompany it all, sourced directly from the sun-kissed vines of Tsiakkas Winery who will be creating the wine pairing for the evening.
