The city is full of plants that we walk past every day and never look at.
Sarah Zehnder opens the eyes of the course participants in this course: supposed weeds turn out to be medicinal plants, herbs and leaves can be used in the kitchen.
On a walk through Zurich, the city botanists show which greenery can be used for what.
They talk about customs and stories and invite you to eat after the walk. Many of the participants will be surprised at what grows in the city and that the nature restaurant is right on their doorstep.
