Chef seeks farmer, farmer seeks cook
The Producer Arena: a meeting place for food producers and restaurateurs. In the hectic world of food production, there is often little time for sales and marketing. At the same time, however, restaurateurs and tradespeople are always on the lookout for new, exciting sources of regional and high-quality products. This is exactly where our Producer Arena comes in. As part of a short panel talk, six innovative and exemplary players will be presented and shown what successful cooperation between the different groups should look like. Of course, culinary, logistical and cultural issues will also be discussed. This will be followed by an informal speed dating session between producers, chefs, farmers and restaurateurs.
