Would you like to find out how yellow peas can be turned into a delicious "Züri Gschnätzlets"? Have you always wanted to experience the whole process from the raw material to the wonderfully prepared final dish? Would you like to put on a cooking apron and learn how to conjure up various culinary delights with Planted?
In our planted.cooking course, you will learn everything you need to know about our delicious plant-based meat, from the history of how Planted was created to the production process and perfect preparation. We will take you and your companions to the old Maggi factory, where you will experience how Planted is made. In a second part, we'll get our hands dirty in the beautiful location of "The Kitchen Lab" and cook seasonal, completely plant-based recipes with Planted. Of course, you can take the recipes home with you afterwards. The experience will be rounded off with a large, sustainable tavolata of all the dishes conjured up, matching wine and something sweet to finish.
