We make various dumplings on our dumpling course. Bread dumplings, beetroot dumplings, spinach dumplings, pepperoni dumplings, cheese dumplings and whatever your heart desires. David shows you which ingredients you need and gives you secret tips on how to get the dumplings just right so that they don't fall apart in the water. Once the dumplings have been made, we will cook them and philosophize together over which ones taste better and what makes the art of dumpling so special. We will provide the side dishes for the meal together, as the dumplings need accompaniment on the plate.
The course is suitable for everyone, whether big or small, individuals, groups, company teams or families. The aim of the event is first and foremost to have fun. After the course, you are guaranteed to be able to prepare your own dumplings at home.
The dumpling course takes place in our restaurant KNÖDL in district 4 in a cozy atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you!
