Discover the classic «Topfen-Kartoffel» and sweet «Kletzen» fillings and learn the iconic «Kraindel» sealing technique. Learn how to freeze them for quick meals during the week and prepare vegan and other vegetarian variations at home. Embark on a delicious journey full of history and flavor! Workshop is in German, but can be translated if required.
