It is clear that we can all make a difference! Be part of the change and come to Foodsave Day! From early to late - for breakfast, snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner - let's take a stand together against food waste!
Eat with us and pay what it's worth, because change starts with appreciation!
PROGRAM
From 8 a.m. a "fresh from yesterday" breakfast from the Äss-Bar distributed by employees of the City of Zurich's environmental and health protection department.
From 10 a.m., an "MHDplus snack" based on the "Klimatopf" concept distributed by schoolchildren.
From 12 noon, a "zero leftovers lunch" served by Carlos Navarro with the support of Gastrosophinnen Schweiz.
from 4 p.m. for a snack, something "deliciously sweet" from Sara Hochuli and her team from Café Miyuko.
from 6 pm for dinner a "Foodsave Menu" by Andi Handke with the support of Slow Food Youth and employees of the Canton of Zurich, preceded by a greeting from the sponsors.
The Zurich Foodsave Day takes place as part of the national Foodsave banquet and is supported by numerous organizations and businesses that contribute their resources to the planning, infrastructure, communication, mobilization of volunteers, procurement of food and the programme.
