During the two Cider Talks at FOOD ZURICH 2024, cider enthusiasts from the Swiss Cider and Distillery Museum will discuss the numerous appearances and flavor facets of cider.
Using international examples, Mirco Bösch and Paolo Spagnolo will be presenting its versatility as a future superpower to compete with far more established refreshments and beverages such as beer and wine. Curious guests will be taken on an entertaining journey through the world's most established cider regions and given an insight into the basic production steps.
For the participation fee of CHF 25, all guests present will receive access to the event as well as a tasting set of various Swiss cider interpretations delivered directly to their home.
