In this Capuns workshop, you will delve into the history of one of Graubünden's best-known specialties. Since 1799, when capuns were created out of necessity in Graubünden, every household has developed its own version. This course offers you the opportunity to take a look at the culinary past together.
We start with an introduction to the ingredients that characterize the unique taste of Capuns. We will then show you how to prepare the dough and wrap the capuns properly. During the course, you will receive valuable tips and tricks to further intensify the taste of this traditional dish.
The highlight of the workshop is tasting different capuns variations from our capuns workshop together. We will discuss different preparation methods and give you the opportunity to get to know the variety of these dishes.
Join us and discover how simple ingredients can be turned into a dish that has lasted for generations. We look forward to sharing our passion for Grisons cuisine with you and introducing you to the art of making capuns.
