Big Green Egg trial barbecue course with small regional producers

Are you dreaming of a Big Green Egg and want to get to know the different models and possibilities of this ingenious ceramic barbecue? Would you like to experience how versatile you can cook with a Big Green Egg and perfect your grilling skills? Then you are welcome to register for our Big Green Egg & trial barbecue course in the FOOD ZURICH festival kitchen in Europaallee.

Together with our partners Swiss Lachs, Das Fleisch, Geflügel Gourmet and Planted, we will cook a 4-course menu on the various models of the Big Green Egg. Participants can tell us in advance which dishes they are interested in. We provide all the high-quality ingredients. During the aperitif, together with our partners, we will answer your individual questions about the handling of the Big Green Egg and the regional ingredients and then give you live tips and tricks while grilling with all the necessary accessories. Afterwards, we'll enjoy the whole thing together at the table with the right drinks.

This very individual tasting barbecue course costs CHF 190 all inclusive per person and takes place in the FOOD ZURICH festival kitchen in Europaallee. (Min. 12, max. 30 participants) - all participants will receive a voucher of CHF 100, which can be redeemed for the purchase of a Big Green Egg (1 voucher per purchase).
