Masterpieces from Zurich museums step out of their frames and become dishes to be savored at the table. Chef Angelina Valentim collaborates with MatchArt art historians to craft a three-course vegetarian menu inspired by depicted ingredients. Using only local, seasonal products that have been eaten in the territory for centuries, the Chef draws from Switzerland's rich culinary heritage, blending wild forest herbs, spring mushrooms, fruits, spices, edible flowers, vegetables, flours, and cheeses to create each dish—a fusion of new tastes and ancient aromas. Lost flavors will be rediscovered, and unfamiliar combinations will evoke the taste of our culinary heritage.
“Art in Your Plate” goes beyond fine dining; it's a journey into visual and culinary arts, intertwined by a deep and timeless bond. Painted food and culinary creations converge, stimulating us to reflect on the origins of ingredients we eat every day and revealing hidden and exciting stories in scenes created by artists.
The event, lasting three hours, will alternate live preparation and eating of the three dishes (appetizer, main course, and dessert) with unexpected stories of the ingredients and scenes depicted in the works of art that inspired each dish. We will enjoy discovering what our ancestors produced and harvested, how they cooked these ingredients, picking up culinary curiosities and secrets from ancient Swiss recipe books.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
MatchArt klg decides on the possibility of refunding an order. Any refund will be on request. In the event of a refund, the amount paid will be credited back to the means of payment used to purchase the Product. Only the original Client is entitled to obtain a refund.
The following fees will be charged in these cases for the requested refund by the customer:
● Up to 15 days before the event: free of charge;
● From 14 to 5 days before the event: 50% of the total amount;
● From 4 days to 0 hours before the event: 100% of the amount.
