Embark on a culinary journey through the fascinating world of the Alps! Our "Alpenzauber" dinner with cocktail accompaniment lets you discover outstanding products from regional producers. Swissness, authentic flavors, first-class drinks and intergenerational collaboration between chef, bar manager and apprentices define the evening. After a warm welcome at the Lenox Bar, you will start with a Swiss aperitif, arranged in a modern and summery style. This is accompanied by our award-winning "Back to the Roots" cocktail, local and healthy with beetroot, fresh raspberries and homemade elderflower syrup. Three more courses are served in the eCHo restaurant. Head chef Mauricio Muñoz and apprentice Yowalka Reyes Nuñes use local Swiss products and reinterpret traditional Alpine cuisine. As a second course, enjoy smoked trout from the Farsox Alvaneu ranch in Graubünden. The trout live in fresh mountain spring water and are fed with Swiss-produced feed. This course is accompanied by the finest sparkling wine from the Landolt winery in Zurich. In between, apprentice Luca Albin presents his first specially created cocktail, made exclusively with ingredients from Switzerland. He will be supported by the expertise of our bar manager François, finalist Bartender of the Year 2023. For the main course, we will serve two kinds of beef from Monstein from the Wilhelm organic farm in Davos, accompanied by morels, asparagus, potatoes and forest herbs. We serve our exclusive, regional wines in collaboration with Landolt Weine. Finally, we will spoil you with a tempting dessert: rhubarb "Dom" with marinated strawberries, sponge cake and chocolate. Bar Manager François and apprentice Luca will present this year's competition cocktail for the Swiss Cocktail Open 2024, based on mountain herbs, tea and Swiss Goldwaescher Rye Whisky from Diwisa.
